Ibrahim is a Yemeni-American Middle East scholar and Conflict Analysis and Resolution (CAR) professional with experience working in the Middle East and the United States, in governmental, and non-governmental sectors. He is a consultant at ATC.

He started his career as an officer in the Yemeni military where he worked on fostering U.S.-Yemeni military relations through military aide, training, and sales. Subsequently, he grew expertise in counter-terrorism studies and attended the prestigious U.S. Naval Postgraduate School where he earned his master's degree in National Security Affairs. Ibrahim joined the field of CAR after immigrating back to the U.S., where he had spent a large part of his childhood and early youth. He earned his second master’s degree from George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (S-CAR). Upon completing his graduate studies, he joined Search for Common Ground as the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Regional Coordinator. There, he oversaw the MENA team and reported directly to the Regional Director. Ibrahim managed an annual multi-million-dollar budget for the regional team, and he coordinated conflict resolution-focused programming across MENA. He worked collaboratively with country directors and regional staff across Israel-Palestine, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, the U.S., and Yemen. Additionally, he assisted in the facilitation of program expansion into other countries in the MENA region.
